Now all he does is making this particular sound, all day long! It made us laugh a lot of times already. Just like any other crazy sound he produces... also the ones he makes unintentionally like a loud burp or... well you can probably guess the other sound he can make...
For most part they probably learn these noises because we are making all kinds of noises to them since the day they are born. It's part of learning to speak, so it's really import you talk a lot with your kid. Sing to him/her and make as many strange noises as you desire, they will definitely like it.

Our boy started responding to me coming close and making a humming noise. Strange maybe, but he liked it! Not all attempts to make him smile succeeded in the beginning but as weeks gone by, responding to a divers set of noises and gestures got really fun. The smiles he give are sincere. If he laughs, he means it. It's not to please u because you are doing your best it's because he actually enjoys your attention. It funny how people act when they are around small kids, it's like suddenly their IQ drops to subzero! It's hilarious at times, a little awkward even. Seeing grown up people make funny faces and noises is something you will come across when you have a little kid. They go: "aaahhh... goochie goochie gooooo..." Although we think they go nuts, the little ones enjoy it. No pinching in the cheek though, they don't like it. Last few weeks he also started to make noises... gggg...rrrr... oewiieeeee... etc. Random noises, but you know he is having fun or is feeling great. He also started to discover his feet and legs... in particular when you put him in bed. No sheet is save for him. No matter how good you tuck him in, he works his way out of it and makes a lot of noise doing so. Although it maybe frustrating at times, it's totally difficult not laugh about it. The kid has gone crazy. ;) As days go by, it's more and more fun. I work long days, and i notice it keeps getting harder and harder not to be around him. Being with my family is really the best thing ever, so my motivation for chasing my dream is growing bigger and bigger. This is important because you will experience that it's not always easy to be motivated. Staying motivated is a lot easier if you have something worth fighting for. Like in my case, my little family of 4. (this includes our four-legged friend) |
